    photos, as they are an important part of my description. This vintage counter display measures approximately 21 1/4" long, 3 1/2" wide and 10 1/2" tall; it weighs nearly 6 pounds. The base is weighty metal, and gold in color, while the advertising slat is made of a thick-gauge plastic. The electrical wiring and plug look to be all original. The plastic slat includes the words
    "General Electric"
    and is accompanied by the iconic
    "G.E."
    logo. The slat also says
    "Radio & Radio-Phonographs"
    . You turn on the lighting mechanism via a small white plastic knob on the display's right side (you turn the knob, then hold it for a couple of seconds and the display then lights). Deep red light then emanates upwards from the innards of the base, reflecting on all of the deeply engraved words and logo....
    stunning and spectacular!!
    This grand-looking store display would have been utilized on a store's retail counter back in the day; I believe this
