Zany Wal-mart Pin - Fishin for Great Value - Totally Unique

Took a Flyer on this one - Is it a great value or I am looking for a great price?
This piece is a Walmart fishing for great value pin back.  It is new condition without packaging.  I am guessing that it was used for a promotion at Walmart or it was pin given to staff members.
This pin is in mint condition. There is no rusting or pitting on the pin. There is no scratching or scuffing to the graphic on the pin.
This pin measures 2.5 inches round.
