Description

Item has never been used but has been stored outside of box for over 10 years. I gave both items a decent cleaning. Rust has formed on a couple of bolts (see pic) and one of the knobs needs readjusted with an Allen wrench. It tightens but needs adjusted. I noted it with a pic of me touching the specific tightener.
Screws that came with the counter weight are still taped to it, never used. There are some little scratches on mount from being moved around in storage.
