Description:
This auction is for a great vintage, if not antique store display box ~ perfect for the collector, embroidery lovers,  or the seamstress.  This and other items we now have listed have been purchased at the recent rural Kansas estate auction. This listing:
wood and glass box
has Clark's O.N.T. Marking Cotton decal on the glass top
has Clark's O.N.T. Marking Cotton on the wood front
this piece has been painted years ago and is "that" green from the 1930s and cream
perhaps originally held thread, fabric or embroidery floss ~ I am not sure what marking cotton would be
the inside of the box lid has a paper strip with numbers across it
I counted 100 skeins and then threw in a few more
full and partial skeins
mixed lot of colors and brands
clean floss
most skeins appear to be new and unused, but you will find a few partials and a few are without their original wrapper
it measures 11 inches by 5 inches and stand 3 inches tall
color shade is accurate on my monitor
appears to have been stored for years
straight from the auction
no odors noted
