Vintage Apothecary Display Cabinet ~ Chlorodont Oral Care ~ Dresden, Germany.
This rare authentic vintage item has an amazing look to it. Clean colorful graphics and fonts. Item measures approximately 23-3/4" x 19" x 4". This wall hanging cabinet has been lightly cleaned up and is in excellent condition. The glass and wood door hinges and engages nicely. The pull knob is a little loose but very functional. The graphics appear to be silk-screened onto a heavy clear vellum-like material. The central white pattern is glass.
Chlorodont is German oral care company. Mundpflege translates to Oral Care and Verkaufskasten translates to Selling Case. Item was recovered from a Northern California ranch house and the owner had immigrated from Belgium. There is a maker’s mark branded into the backing.
This cabinet has areas of wear appropriate for its age and function. Item is being sold as is, as found, as a display collectible. Please see photographs for details. An excellent collectible display item with lots of potential.
