How does the stair climbing cart working?

Prepare the wheel axle, as well as the frame of the climb cart.
Assemble wheel axle to the frame, and put away the four screws each side.
Use two monkey spanners. Firstly clamp the bottom screw with one monkey spanner
Use another monkey spanner to install the screw nut on the above clockwise.
During installation, please follow the order that install these two screws ahead like this picture.
Then install the other two screws.
Before install the wheels, first put one piece of screw nut collar in the axle. And the next is wheels, then another screw nut collar.
Use monkey spanner to install the larger screw clockwise. REMEMBER not to install too tight! Or the wheels will be unable to roll.
