18 by 24 inch Texas American Legion Memorial Highway sign.  the highway was designated from North Dakota to Texas in the 1990s to follow US route 281.  this particular sign dates to 2000.
condition is as shown in the photos.  sign is ink on reflective white sheeting on aluminum.  it lies completely straight and flat, with excellent original paint as seen in the photos.  patina is commensurate with its service.
