Returns
I accept returns. Full refunds, including shipping costs, will be given if an item is different as described. However, I will not accept any returns for cases of buyers remorse or a buyer changing their mind about wanting an item. I respect your time and money, so I expect the same in return. In cases of buyers changing their mind on an item, they will assume responsibility for shipping label costs to and from them, plus a 20% restocking fee. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund you and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, besides in a few cases.
If the item you are purchasing is an adhesive, then it cannot be shipped to California due to shipping regulations. This is out of my control. If you live in California and purchase an adhesive from me, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

USPS has also been reported as having shipping delays lately, so please be aware of this, especially going into the holiday season.
