Pokemon Store Display Sign "PokeMart" Sign - Uber Rare

Up for grabs here is an incredibly rare Pokemon store display sign, reading "PokeMart". There is not a shred of data or evidence of this product anywhere along the web, nor do I myself know the exact origin. Most believe it was either used for a Pokemon pop-up shop somewhere in the 90's, or used as a store promotion for a larger chain. Again, there's no information. This is the only copy of this sign I've ever seen or heard of, and possibly could be a one of one. The value is indeterminate, so I'm setting high and taking offers. Not certain if I want to part with this yet, which is again why the price is so high. Still in fantastic condition, minus one small break in the top corner. In the scale of the sign however, this is negligible.
