18 by 18 inch US route 6 highway sign from Nebraska.  the sign dates to approximately the 1960s - it conforms to a state specification introduced in the late 1950s and replaced in 1971.
condition is as shown in the photos.  sign is black screen print on yellow-white engineer grade reflective sheeting on aluminum.  it lies completely straight and flat, with patina commensurate with its service.
