Thick rubber donut / O-ring that is sandwiched between the (2) steering column to firewall plates. Seals the steering column tube to the steering column plates on 1970-74 Dodge Challenger, Plymouth Barracuda or 1971-1972 Dodge Charger, Coronet, Plymouth Satellite or Road Runner.
