Kansas US route 77 highway marker road sign 1960s

Description

16 1/2 by 16 inch Kansas US route 77 highway sign.  the sign is made to the mid-1960s standard that had no "US", large numerals, and smooth yellow-white reflective sheeting.  this standard was used until 1978: Kansas was the last state to get rid of their state-named cutout US route markers.
condition is as shown in the photos.  sign is screen printed on reflective sheeting, on steel.  it lies completely straight and flat, and has patina commensurate with its service.
