15 by 15 inch Kansas Pony Express Memorial Highway sign, dating to 1961.  100th anniversary of the Pony Express, which followed the routing of what is now US highway 36.
condition is as shown in the photos.  sign is screen printed brown on white reflective sheeting, on aluminum.  it lies completely straight and flat, and has patina commensurate with its service.
