This sale is for a signed letter, signed photograph and a presentation plaque that were all sent to a man who had contacted this Italian officer, Eugenio Rambaldi. The letter and photo are personalized to the man who had written to Rambaldi.  Online sources show that Rambaldi, born in 1918, took part in World War II in North Africa and the Aegean Sea. He was decorated with 3 merit crosses.  In 1977 Rambaldi was Chief of Staff of the Italian army.  Online there is much more information about his career.  Rambaldi passed away in 2013 at the age of 95.  Study the pictures carefully as there are no returns.  This seller does not ship internationally except through the Global Shipping Program.
