    Made in France , 1920's .
    Made and marked SIEGEL , Paris
    Material: paper-maché
    Size  : 15" ( 38 cm h )
    Condition: it has some wear of age and use
    ...but i think it is still in good condition for it's age
    ( see pictures )
    Great for display ,to display your old hats or to use as head on your antique
    dressform ( see pictures)
