    This changer is in full working order and accepts bills only. It can be setup to dispense 4 quarters by filling up the 3 quarter tubes and 1 nickel tube all with quarters, or to dispense 3 quarters, 2 dimes, and a nickel by filling each tube as labeled up to their respective 0 mark.
    It can be picky for damaged/dirty bills, especially if the corners are torn/folded. We were informed that the bill acceptor can be swapped out for a DBV-20 to accept and improve readability, but it worked as is for us so we never tried.
