Fish Fluc
is an antifungal medication
used to treat topical and systemic fungal infections
in fish. It is used in aquariums for treatment of fungus
susceptible to fungus like Ichthyophonus hoferi and
Saprolegnia fungus.
Active Ingredients:
Fluconazole 200 mg (each capsule)
Dosage & Administration:
Administer at the rate of (1) 200mg capsule per 10
gallons of water (20 mg per gallon) It is suggested
you pre-dissolve powder in a small container with
tank water prior to adding to your aquarium. Turn
off skimmer and remove activated carbon, as well
as any other chemical filtration for first 3 days of
treatment. Filter socks may be used during treatment.
Introduce pre-dissolved medication into a high flow
area within the system. Repeat treatment once daily
for a minimum five consecutive days, up to 14 days.
A small water change is recommended between
treatments. Discontinue use if no improvement is
noted after five days.
