    Offered is a complimentary lusterware advertising plate from Schott's Department Store, Mifflintown, PA. Plate is 7 1/2" diameter. Plate manufactured by D. E, McNicol in East Liverpool Ohio. It is in excellent condition  There are three tiny stilt marks on back.
