    Braniff International Airways was an American airline that operated from 1928 until 1982. Its routes were primarily in the mid-western and south-western United States, Mexico, Central America and South America. The airline ceased operations in May 1982 because high fuel prices and an overaggressive expansion. Braniff was well-known for its "jelly bean fleet" of airplanes which were painted in many different colors. For auction is a rare Braniff timetable dated September 25, 1955. It lists all Braniff flights by flight number, with arrival/departure times for airports served. There is a map of Braniff's networ, a schedule of fares for both domestic and international flights, and a listing of Braniff ticket offices. There are also advertisements for vacation destination packages.
